THE RVT - Winner of BEST CABARET VENUE 2012 by The London Cabaret Awards!

The RVT was crowned Best London Cabaret Venue 2012 by the London Cabaret Awards in February, we are very proud to have received this award especially as we were up against some formidable competition. A big thank you to all the RVT team who have made this possible and to our fabulous customers, new and old.

Our Hot August Fringe returns for its fourth year bringing another 25 nights of brilliant entertainment from Monday 30 July through to Friday 31 August. Nick Field and Susan Cook

Nick Field - poet and harpist, singer and faun – presents spoken word and music. Susan Cook, will read and talk about how she understood and accepted that she was a lesbian. This week we celebrate LGBT history - the way we were, what we did, how we did it and most of all we did it our way!

Joey Hateley

Known as The Gender Joker, Joey Hateley is the Artistic Director of TransAction who perform at a variety of events across the world. They devise socio-political interdisciplinary performance in collaboration with a diverse range of organizations.

Miss Kimberley and Lazlo Pearlman

Singer, Miss Kimberly shares her story with us using words and music. Lazlo Pearlman’s ‘Dance me to the End of Love’ is a heartfelt mini event in itself, and Lazlo invites you all to share the amazement that is gender, body, connection, dance and love.
